One of the many solutions tested by Ducati in Sepang last week was a new fairing. The sensations were generally positive, including from Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) who initially had some doubts.
Francesco Bagnaia, rider of the official Ducati team, said that there are better and worse aspects in the fairing, but assured that in its essence it is progress:
– I try to only think about myself and I still believe that in some areas it is worse and in others it is better. I think overall it is better, but we will try to do something in the tuning to improve where it is worse.
