The new three-cylinder engine from CFMOTO, which was unveiled at last year’s EICMA, is set to power the 675 SR-R. Another model based on the same platform could be on the way – a naked version, possibly called the 675 NK, which has been seen testing in China.
Images shared by the site dongchedi.com show a model without fairings, seemingly a naked variant of the 675 SR-R. The engine could boast an impressive 95 horsepower, as the manufacturer registered the 675 SR-R as a sports model.
In terms of chassis, the alleged 675 NK seen testing appears to be in line with the already official model, including an aluminum frame and swingarm, as well as an upside-down fork and dual front brake discs.
The fuel tank and design also seem very similar. The potential naked version, as seen in the shared images, features a high tubular handlebar. Given that the CFMOTO 675 SR-R weighs 195 kg, the naked variant is expected to weigh under 190 kg.
